Weak & sore arms,
In a month without Vitamin C,
Lime juicer we see.
Diet devoid of iodine,
Solved by fruits rich in iodine.

Manilik and the other sailors followed the old man inside the room serving as a store. There were several long and wide wooden shelves constructed horizontally on the three sides of the room. On each shelf was a different type of fruit and vegetable.
It was hard to imagine that a room in a back alley was loaded with all these fruits and vegetables. There were: carrots, cabbages, bananas, oranges, pineapples, avocadoes, cucumbers, red pepper, soursop, watermelons, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, sweet potatoes, cassava, yams, and even rare fruits such as olives, grapes were there.
