Arai held his brothers hand tightly. Some blood dripped on his shoe as he looks at the burning car in sadness. Their parents are dead. Nomura couldn't hold back his tears and cried his their names out.
He cried as loud as he could. But no one would come to help, and Arai knew this. They lived in an area that had high poverty rates, so who would come to help? Even if they did get help, there was no way they could pay any amount of money. And there was no guarantee their parents would even survive. Arai cried quietly. This was the beginning of our story. An week after that incident, Arai took Nomura to school.
When Nomura walked into his classroom, everyone stared at him. He said nothing and just went to his seat. Arai also felt the same way. While he was walking to his class, he could feel everybody watching him.
"Hey isn't he the boy who parents died in a car crash" whispered a random girl
Arai knew they were talking about him but he did nothing about it. Everyday after school, Arai would have to leave Nomura alone in the house in order to go to his part-time job. However, this cycle changes today.
