Yvette took the box in her hands, and left the room. Those were a few light snacks, since she had told them she didn't want to eat anything too heavy. Guess Josh really paid attention to that, and brought her food accordingly. She can have those taking her time, while still will be able to take care of Irvyn. Since there wasn't anyone, for now, her heart didn't allow herself to leave that guy alone, when Oscar clearly said he needs to be constantly under observation.
But when she was almost close to the hospital room Iryvn was kept in, she heard the two ladies talking with each other in a really aggressive manner, and what she heard wasn't something she was expecting.
