"Empty flattery then?" Yvette spoke up all of a sudden, interrupting him in the middle.
"NO! It wasn't… empty flattery…!" In response, Rick almost shouted out loud, quite unexpectedly. But in the end, his voice once again fell to quite a notch. "S-sorry."
