Rick walked into the room, and put Rory down to make her seat on the first bench with Synthia. "I'll be back talking to her, okay?"
Rory nodded her head in agreement, letting her hand go which was grabbing onto his shirt tightly all along. Rick turned at Yvette, who had a questioning look on her face. "Would you m-mind if I s-stay here while you… t-teach them?"
"Huh?" She was shocked by that sudden proposition. Does he mean, he will be here, watching her, while she teaches these kids? Does he think she will be slacking off instead of doing her work? Even though people are concerned about the tutor they fixed up being a slacker, but monitoring them the whole time, trying to make them awkward, isn't it too much? Does this guy even realize what he is asking for?
