"What took you so long?" Rick turned behind him once he heard heavy footsteps approaching him. And as he was expecting, Irvyn was slowly walking in.
"Why are you waiting on the roof?" Irvyn was slightly taken aback by the boy who was comfortably sitting on the high railing. How did he even get up there?
Without giving any reply to that, Rick pointed to the space beside him, telling him to sit as well. Irvyn immediately nodded his head sideways. "No, thanks. I am much better here."
"What? You got acrophobia?"
Rick gasped in shock, turning completely back at his, facing Irvyn. And with that swift movement of his, Irvyn jumped ahead and grabbed Rick by his shoulders. "Careful now. You don't need to exercise the rush of young blood now, do you?"
