Irvyn grabbed the file from her hands, and flipped it open to bring out a few pages clipped inside carefully. Yvette wasn't expecting him to be snatching the file all f a sudden like that, when they were still in the cold war they were having. But noticing the serious look on his face, which clearly said he was already in his work mode, she decided not to bring that up for now. That was their personal matter anyway, so it possibly doesn't need to be out on the surface in front of an outsider like this.
Huh? Did she just… think… their matter is personal? Since when she started to give a separate value to something so trivial like matters concerning him? She shouldn't even associate something regarding him with her in the first place. But she just thought it was their personal matter, a matter between both of them which doesn't need an outsider's involvement.
