"Hey, Summer! There you are!" A young man waved at Summer as soon as she got inside a room surrounded by a thick translucent glass. "We have been waiting for you for so long."
"More like you couldn't spare a single minute without me. I know all your antics, Hayden." Summer let out a scoff at the man named Hayden, letting herself seated in one of the empty chairs. "Didn't you say the meeting was at 10 AM? It's just 11 right now. Whaddya mean you waited for me so long?"
"You know how much I adore you, my precious little baby." Hayden got up from his seat, and like a lovestruck little kitten, he spread his arms wide enough to hug Summer.
"Ah, God, give it a rest." Summer barely prevented that hug with her hand held against him. She knows if she allows him to hug her, it will only end up in her body in pain due to being in a bone crushing hug. "You are acting like a small baby duck who has only eyes for his momma."
