Of course, there's a small part of inaccuracy in Hespar's Aura Pulse reading, as it wasn't as precise as a report from professionals. Hespar would have to invest heavily in a few of his existing members to achieve something at the level of army intelligence accuracy.
But from what they knew, the accuracy of this reading is trustable.
Based on six successive days of pulse reading over the area, it gave Hespar a rough guess on the Hobgoblin's exact location.
