"Should I come to you since you're not coming at me?" Michael grinned and continued to provoke Hespar. But his action doesn't go along with his words as he positions himself slightly crouched with both arms lowered.
Suddenly, he took a great leap to cut the distance between him and Hespar. His method was crude, but it worked against someone with traditional swordsmanship like Hespar. Michael also positioned his axes like a cross as he lands, thus creating an impression of a sharp projectile while coming down.

Hespar quickly adjusted how he was holding the sword and prepared to receive Michael's attack. Unsure if it was because of how agitated is his mental condition or something else, a glimpse of swordplay starts to appear in his mind.
