"Jackson, here!"
Seeing that his cousin is waving her hand to get his attention, a small smile appeared on the man's face. With steady movements, Jackson walked towards the table placed near the window in the corner and sat on the vacant seat in front of Adrianna. Without hesitation, Adrianna put her hand on his head and gave him a gentle pat.
"You made it! I thought you will cancel our meeting at the last minute." Adrianna beamed.
"Tch, stop it." Jackson said as he swat her hands away from his head.
"Hmph. So grumpy. I really thought you don't want to see me today.
After her beach date with Garret the other day, Adrianna decided to invite her cousin to hang out since her boyfriend will be busy with his work again.
"You know that I will never do that to you unless an emergency happens."
"Of course. I am just glad to see you again." Adrianna said while continuously patting his head.
