It is already ten in the evening when Adrianna received Garret's messages. It's been three days since they last saw each other. Adrianna only read the message and did not type even a short reply to him. She put her phone inside her bag once again and try to put a lot more focus on the music sheet in front of her.
Adrianna is purposely avoiding Garret by saying her father asked her to do something for their company in the meantime. In truth, she never received any assignment from her father who is now on a business trip. She is just letting the day until they can erase any awkwardness between them and they can start acting like nothing has happened between them again. The timing is also good. After taking a deep breath, Adrianna's fingers start dancing through the piano keys.
