The dining area was engulfed with a deafening silence after Mr. Hiroshi revealed Mrs. Frost's identity.
Jane looked at her with disbelief. And yet Mrs. Frost could only lower her head, not uttering a word.
Meanwhile, Mystique and Iron Lady moved in front of Mrs. Frost, protecting her from Kazuki. Mystique held a knife, getting ready to throw it at Kazuki.
"Wait. Calm down, everyone. There might be a misunderstanding here," Black Rose spoke up to mediate among them. She also glanced at Jane, asking for her help.
But Jane was also confused and shaken.
After a few seconds, Jane held Kazuki's hand, gesturing for him to put down the gun.
"Uncle, Let's talk this out. I have to know the truth. And I should listen to her explanation first. She was the one who took care of me… and raised me…"
