Gao Guang ignored Otto, simply waiting for the phone to connect.
As soon as the connection was made, Gao Guang immediately said, "Hello, Mr. Wes Kraulenz, this is Mad Dog."
The conversation was identical. Wes paused slightly, then whispered, "Hello, Number Four."
"Your dealings with Number One are none of my business, yet now I have been attacked, you have dragged me into this."
"Number One did it, I can guarantee I didn't lay a hand on you."
"Coincidentally, Number One said the same, and I just finished talking with him, now I know everything, about me, about Black Box, and a lot of other things."
Gao Guang was just babbling because there was no plan in advance, so he didn't know the significance of what he was saying. He was just speaking whatever came to mind.
Whose operative Black Box was, I don't know, but since Gao Guang cared about Black Box, he just bluffed here at Number Three, without worrying much about its effectiveness.
