For the first time, combat too felt imbued with a sense of ordinary life. Though much of the solemnity and sense of mission was missing, this ease was indeed a feeling Ray had never experienced before,
"There are tissues in the glove box. I mean, do you guys really have to make something so serious seem so... casual?"

Dimitris was eating his second hot dog, looking at Ray finish his first and silently handed another to Ray.

He thanked Dimitris politely, sighed, and said, "We just killed ten people, stopped to eat hot dogs on the road, and are now off to take down a gang boss in Los Angeles. And you're telling me I'm too tense?"
Gao Guang took out a tissue to wipe his hands and said, "Maybe you're just not used to it, but after you do it more, you'll see it's just like that, and filling your stomach is what matters."
