"Cafe Manager?"
Kly took a long sip of coffee, immediately followed by a sharp breath to cool down his mouth. "Yup… cafe manager. If you're working for a percentage then you'll be motivated to sell as much as possible. And if you can break down prices, and understand the market, then I assume you're willing to do more than just work behind the counter to help re-establish our reputation. Correct?"
Nodding, Nelphy agreed, "Well, if I'm the cafe manager, of course I'll do more than just smile and make coffee. But realize that as we grow and hire others to help, I'll still be taking my percentage."
"I look forward to the day that we're making that much money," Kly replied. "Don't make me regret this. So go all out. You'll have to report to me about everything, but you'll have the final say over the cafe."
"So… If I wanted to source better coffee beans, I could make that deal?" asked Nelphy.
