Feerah continued, "After you become an officer, and complete some assignments of that level, then you can ask me that question."
"Understood, sir… How many captains are there in the city?" Jash asked.
"Hmm… I think there are four right now. We had five, but one moved to Boarril in hopes to get more action outside the city walls. Typically, we try to have one in charge of each district," stated Feerah.
Nodding along, Jash asked, "So, what district are you in charge of, Captain Feerah?"
"District? I'm in charge of the entire city."
"But you said–"
Feerah clarified, "I'm not included in that count. Technically, my title is captain of Frantoch. But I'm closer to a commander than a captain. We're just shy of the number of guards necessary for me to earn that rank on a technical basis."
Confused, Jash questioned, "What do you mean?"
