Sighing, Nelphy nodded and turned her attention back to the stage.
Bilim appeared on a balcony, standing high above a crowded courtyard. Beside him were Persiphilie and another, older man.

Just as the staged crowd applauded, so did the crowd in the audience. Bilim waved to both those below him and to those in the stands.
However, the curtain suddenly slammed shut.
