Unfazed, Whiston wiped his glasses clean and responded, "I've got plenty of that. Anything more specific?"
"I'm more interested in booze and bars, like yours."
"Ahh, then I've got something…" Whiston put his glasses back on and wiped the counter around Jash. "But only if you know what you're getting into."
Chuckling, Jash held up a bronze nug. And, for a split second, Jash flashed his guild card behind the bronze nug. "I have an idea of what I'm doing."
"Very well…" Finishing up that spot, Whiston suddenly went to work elsewhere at the bar. He even disappeared to the back for a minute or so. But, eventually, Whiston passed by Jash again. "Would you like another?"
Jash shook his head. He finished his drink and dropped the nug into the glass.
As Whiston took the glass from Jash's hand, a slip of paper was slipped into Jash's palm. "Thanks for your patronage, Jash. Hopefully, I'll get to see you more often. I can always use more regulars."
