"NELPHY, LAUNCH ME!!"
Out of the corner of her gaze, Nelphy saw Bil smash all three of the elemental's surrounding him, one with his heavy shield and two with his thrown morningstar. But Bil's attention was elsewhere. Nelphy instantly noticed where Bil was doggedly staring, preparing to leap into action.
Without a word, Nelphy backed away from the elemental closest to her while Kriff hurriedly reacted to defend her. At the same time, Nelphy used a burst of veita to propel Bil forward via an earthen pillar erupting out from under his feet.
That pillar crumbled away not even a split second after it formed. The force of Bil's jump shattered the pillar and cracked the surrounding ground as well, rocketing Bil away with incredible speed.
CHTUTUTUNNNGG!!! CRUNCHCHCH!!!
Bil appeared behind Jash, grabbing his shoulder and pulling his son backward, all while Bil fastened the heavy shield to his back.
