"You think I can fake this, Jash?" Nelphy sighed and shook her head. "It's real. Eidar tested me personally, so you can verify it with him too."
"This is great! Congratulations!" Zac shouted, rushing back to his feet with his half-drunken orange juice in hand. "To the youngest gold mercenary in all of Frantoch!"
"Congratulations!" Bil took out two more glasses, one for himself and one for Nelphy.
Nelphy accepted the juice and didn't turn down the cheer either. "... Thanks!"
"Uhh… Congrats, Nelphy!" Jash grabbed his old glass and joined in, somewhat reluctant. "Nice job!"
They all chugged their juice and sat back down. Zac spoke up first, "Now that you're officially a mercenary, we can begin our strategy meeting. First, I need to verify all of your abilities. I've tested Bil and I know all about Jash. But I haven't heard about your abilities yet, Nelphy."
"Are you asking to test me yourself?"
