I was well aware that I was a genius.
After the massive typing storm, I could finally take a breather. I turned off the device and took off my headset.
To my surprise I found an unexpected guest in my studio. Caleb sat beside me with his head laying on the desk. I was glad to know that he gave me space when working but I was sad that I had to keep him waiting. I brushed his hair to see if the bandage was still on. Maybe it was my own selfish desire to touch his silky hair. He really was handsome.
"...So unfair." It really was. He had looks, background and personality. At the very least in public but not with me and I loved that. He was a full-pack-perfect-husband material. I wasn't going to rob him the joy of family and kids.
"Ahh." I sighed.
I had enough trying to down this feeling but here he was looking handsome waiting for me to finish my work considerately and thus keeping his word this morning of being with me on whatever I was doing. I really had a rough road on the forgetting part. Certainly.
"Sleep tight." Covered him with a blanket in the room and went on my way.
