Dan drummed her fingers on the table, sighing and watching the door. He left in the morning and hadn't come back.
She looked down on her lap, Hop was dozing and she gave his food. Caressing his fur, she picked him up and took it back to his small wooden house.
"He doesn't have a dog but he has this house."
She placed her puppy on the pillow and went to the kitchen. She cooked some food and her stomach was growling. Picking a dish, she served herself when she heard a car entering the yard. She rushed to the window and saw him getting inside the parking.
Wrapping the table, she hurried to the monitors and watched him. He put out a huge carrier and filled it with many bags.
"Was he shopping?"
She frowned. He promised to see at least one of the table's members.
The door clicked and he came inside, loosening his tie!
"Why are you buying so many supplies?"
