Lily was not a selfish person who would put herself first. She was altruistic. And even though the plan sounded dangerous to her, something she would never do, she was contemplating doing that. Because she heard the rumors related to the foretelling. She felt like maybe the princess was made to stay behind the walls against her wish. And she felt if she helps her, she would do some good. Against her better judgement she chose to help her, somewhere aware it can be bad for her.
"Okay. I will help." She agreed.
Selene immediately embraced Lily, wrapping her arms tightly around her. She gave her a light peck on the cheek and then pushed her behind the curtains so she can get changed quickly.
