*In The Morning*
I woke up early today since today was the day when I had to go to another battlefield. I had few friends and many foes in school. Being in my senior year and from a wealthy family, people had their own prejudice.
But I doubt they had built-up those opinions about me themselves. In my past life, I remember that there were rumors about me going around saying that I was an arrogant and spoiled child of my parents who loved lavishly spending and fooling around with other men. Before I had said about it because Li Rongrong said she would deal with it but to think she was just adding more fuel to the fire.
'Now I'm not the same girl anymore, I'll show everyone what I'm capable of'. After finishing her morning routine, Ming Yue got ready for school and went downstairs to have breakfast. Her brother offered to drop her off at school but she told him that today she would take the family car.
In the previous life, Ming Yue had decided not to have her chauffeur take her to school as she was getting bullied because of the rumors, but now she wouldn't fear anyone.
"Driver uncle, today you can drop me at the school gate" "Okay, young miss", when the driver pulled over at the school gate, many students were there watching her, some gasped, some amazed and some shocked when they realized who it was.
Before due to the advice provided to Ming Yue by a certain someone, she started using heavy makeup but today she was totally different. She didn't wear heavy makeup instead she wore light makeup. Her light makeup along with her neatly dressed uniform made her look so graceful and refined. She was an elegant young miss.
While making her way to her classroom, she encountered her best friend 'Wei Daiyu'. In her previous life, Daiyu had warned Ming Yue several times not to listen to her cousin and to be careful of her but she ignored it. Thus, she broke off her friendship with Daiyu when Rongrong told her that Daiyu was also after Li Qiang.
Ming Yue thought to herself as she regretted it, but since she knew what will happen in the near future she had advantages. Daiyu waved her hand in front of Ming Yue's face,
"Yueyue....Yueyue, what are you thinking about? You seemed to be lost in your thoughts, I called you many times but you didn't answer" "Nothing, just thinking about something"
"Are you sure, you looked troubled about something" "I'm alright, don't worry if something is wrong then I'll inform you?". I'm glad that I have sincere people beside me.
"Yeah, you better or else I'll kick your butt". I burst out laughing at her comment. "Okay okay, you are the one-of-a-kind piece that I can't lose". She glared at me for a while, but I pulled her arm as we were getting late for our classes.
"By the way, since you changed your attire and makeup today, I almost didn't recognize you. I never knew that my bestie was such a gorgeous and stunning beauty. If I were a boy, I would have dated only you. Now I have to protect you from those little mosquitoes who will want to come near you." I put my hands on her shoulders and told her to relax. I guess I forgot to mention one thing about my friend and that is that she is really protective over me.
As Ming Yue calmed down her friend, someone came up behind her and said, "Well well, if it isn't Ming Yue, the famous spoiled little miss", Ming Yue turned around and saw.
