Synopsis
WARNING: Novel gets gruesome and bloody at MANY points. It's an action fantasy and death, murder, and destruction will be a common occurrence. The Main Characters can and will kill other people if necessary and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Please keep this in mind as you read the story. -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Spared by a fishing trip. It was all by mere luck that he managed to survive. Fire rained from the sky, leaving death and destruction in it's wake, and Tsukahara could only watch, staring as his home was burned to smoking ashes and charred cinders. In the blink of an eye, the child was left with nothing, nothing but grief and a boiling rage. Now, unwilling to die until he received vengeance for his family and fallen brethren, the young boy sets out to build his skills and bring an end to those that had taken everything from him. One way or another. It didn't matter whose blades he had to cross. //Chapters come out every now and then. Will definitely help if you donate to Patre0n. They'll come out quicker and longer when I see more people want it. Plus it helps me pay rent. $0/$1500 until 3 chaps a day patre0n.com/ShadowDrev

Chapter 1 - Volumes

WARNING: You are about to start down a long and dangerously steep path. A novel planned to span thousands of chapters, weaving a tale of violence and destruction, of conviction and strength, of camaraderie and perseverance. A perpetual roller coaster of emotions.

You have been told.

This novel is divided into Volumes, or 'Arcs'. Each of these volumes last around 200 chapters or so (give or take depending on the arc, pacing, story direction, etc).

The current volume, the one you're about to read, is POSSIBLY the lone exception to this rule as it expands 400+ chaps. It can be considered a prologue as it tracks Tsukahara's (the MC's) journey and progression, beginning from the time he was seven years old to the moment he turns twelve. In this way, you'll see how he grows and develops, becoming a force to be reckoned with, even as a mere child. It makes the novel far more believable and (probably?) enjoyable if you see for yourself how the main character turns out rather than just hearing about it or getting completely plagued with flashbacks.

Beyond the prologue, the story will become a multiple lead novel as the youths tale begins to fully unfold and more and more people begin to follow him. For one reason or another, others are attracted to his cause or his way of thinking or just because they wanted to.

If you don't mind stories that are slow paced, heavily detailed, and show the bloodier side of things, then go on and give it a look.

You might actually even like it. Who really knows though.

Because, like all things in life, its a risk you have to be willing to take.
