Scarlett sat by the windowsill of the room she was in.
Two days had passed slowly, and it had been a rollercoaster.
Ever since her freak out as she thought the strange and unruly wolf had abducted her, she had been surprised to find that, hours later, he brought in a plate of food for her. He even apologized for the way he acted towards her earlier and asked her to eat. He took the time to show her the bathroom and how to use the facilities so that she could stay there to collect herself until she was ready to leave.
Scarlett smiled a little, pressing her face at the window as she recalled when he laughed at her when she asked if there were grasshoppers in the meal. But that was a great way to break the ice, and the tension they had felt in the room had gone away.
She later found out that his name was Ian, and she had introduced herself as Scarlett.
