Chapter 28 - The Seven Heavenly Virtues (6)

Many a people of this modern age

Treat I with an unbecoming contempt

Casting me aside, like turning a page

Of this carnal sin, little few are exempt,

I am a sign of great Patience and self-love

As well as Pride and unwarranted pain

I am a trial worthy of those above

And I am Lust's greatest bane,

I am for those who seek marriage

For throwing me away is a blasphemy

But, I shall not disparage ye sinners

For I am deemed Chastity.
