Either a coincidence or not. But, for sure, both Cilla and Akira are in the same hospital. They were both in a state of unconsciousness. The difference is, Cilla is in a coma. Meanwhile, Akira had to lose the fetus in her stomach due to the incident.
Dastan never stops blaming himself for the terrible things that happened to Akira. He didn't know who had dared to do that to his wife. But, for sure, he will find the main culprit, and will never forgive that person. He felt someone was involved in it. Because that person knew that at the time of the incident, Akira was only accompanied by his subordinates and personal guards.
"I'll find out secretly. Just watch, I'll make that person regret it."
Dastan asks his men to tighten the guard on Akira's treatment room. While he was talking to his private secretary, Dastan saw the figure of Javier Mascherano walking down the hospital corridor in a hurry.
