In the Zhang corporation,a dark silhouette was standing by the transparent french windows inhaling a cigarette. Behind him was a shivering man holding a document.
"Why are you telling me this and not finding solutions to it. I pay you to bring solutions to my table not problems, now if you don't want to get blacklisted,hurry up and get rid of it in the next two hours"he said calmly yet so fierce.
"Of....co..course"the man stuttered not able to breath as he held in his breath waiting for the next command when the door was knocked upon.
"Come in"the door opened and a timid girl dressed in a pencil skirt and jacket face poked inside the room, she came inside walking with elegance.
"Sir, your family are here to see you,they are in the lounge area, should i tell them to leave".
"No, tell them am on my way"the girl bowed and walked out to deliver the message leaving the shivering man on his own once again.
"You, leave"the man immediately left and breath in relief, he was suffocating in that room because of his boss aura.
Zhang Linfen,a cold arrogant ceo of the Zhang corporation. He was a dashing young man who could make any girl mouth water, he knew what his parents are here for and smirked inhaling another smoke before putting it off and putting the cigarette butt on a tray.
He went to his lounge area and saw all his family sitted,his grandparents, mom,dad and younger brother.
He sat opposite them and crossed his legs, he didn't rush as he showed a sense of royalty, he crossed his legs slowly yet elegantly.
"Yes,you sent for me".
"Linfen, we've called you because we've all decided you hand over the seat to your brother"his father said making him raise a brow.
"What made you think I'll do that?".
"Linfen, the City have began to doubt your sexuality, before the demand gets down we've all decided to let your brother take over the corporation".
"And who dares to doubt my sexuality?"his voice thundered as his grandparents held their chest.
"You don't need to divert the topic,if you can't get married within the span of one week, then you have to give your brother the presidential seat".
"It's a deal. I guess this conversation is over"he stood up and left without looking backwards or taking slow strides.
In the wen's mansion.
Wen xuminin came and saw Wen shaiman with Li Xie,her eyes flashed for a moment but it immediately dissipated as she smiled sweetly.
"Wen shaiman,when did you arrive?"
"When do you think?,i don't know if it that as you grow up your brain gets duller"her eyes welled up in tears.
"Sorry brother, forgive me for asking such a dumb question"she was clearly heartbroken, she doesn't get why her brother loathes her but likes Li Xie,an orphan.
"Sister,i wanted to ask if you could accompany me to the spa, maybe you can get a manicure as well."Wen shaiman was about to refute when Li Xie agreed.
"Of course".
"Great, brother Yohan will be there also". Li Xie immediately regretted her words,of course, Wen xuminin can't invite her for no reason at all. There had to be a catch and she was trying to claim her property.
Wen shaiman whisphered in her ears"you don't have to go if you don't want to"her face had already drain out of color.
"Sister are you going back on your words?"Wen xuminin said with a tinge of mockery.
"Of course not but i hope your brother Yohan won't talk. Wait, nevermind,he'll definitely won't be annoyed"she said, standing up.
"Lil bro,see you later. Have a good rest before am back"she ordered him as he looked at her with worry in his eyes but she gave him an assuring smile easing his nervousness a little.
Wen xuminin looked at Li Xie who looked calm but she knew that once she sets her eyes on Fu Yohan,her wall of courage will be broken, thinking about that made her have a sense of superiority over her.
They both went to the chauffeur who was waiting outside,he smiled politely at Wen xuminin.
"Young miss"he greeted Wen xuminin ignoring Li Xie who stood by her side.
"To the spa".
"Okay"he opened the backseat door for Wen xuminin and immediately closed it making Li Xie to jerk backwards as she wanted to get in when he shut the door, she gritted her teeth and opened the door, boarding the car.
The chauffeur ignited the car as it roared to life, then he started towards the spa.
Reaching there, the chauffeur came down, opened the door then held Wen xuminin hand helping her out the car,he looked at Li Xie coldly.
"Please exit the car"she wasn't bothered about him but the meeting between her and her ex, she alighted from the car and felt a cold palm on her hand, she looked and saw Wen xuminin holding her as she raised a brow.
"If you go there alone, they may not allow you to get in and they know me, so it is better if we go in together"she said with pride.
"Of course but it's better to know in advance that you must learn to control your anger because you may need it"Wen xuminin couldn't grab the meaning to her words, she shrugged it off and walked in with Li Xie.
Immediately, they entered,a woman showed up with a professional smile plastered on her face.
"Mrs Fu,how may i help you?, isn't mr Fu accompaning you today?"the nice lady asked as Wen xuminin looked at Li Xie to see her if she still had her emotion in check but Li Xie only smiled at the lady.
"Oh no,you must be mistaken. Me and Mr Fu have nothing to do with each other"Li Xie said leaving Wen xuminin confused,the attendant was clearly referring to her but Li Xie answered instead.
"look Miss, you don't have to be shy, you and Mr Fu have been here a lot of time and you guys are clearly together.".
Wen xuminin faced twisted in an ugly way as she heard the words from the attendant.
"They are not together"Wen xuminin commented in anger, she was Fu Yohan wife, she will become Mrs Fu and no one else. Nobody can stop her not even this bitch Li Xie.
"Miss,i know everybody wishes to be with Mr Fu but we're all unlucky but who knows what budda has in store for us?"the lady said still maintaining her smile.
Wen xuminin was losing her control, she now realizes what Li Xie was talking about,it seems like Fu Yohan and Li Xie had been here multiple times as a couple, she couldn't keep her calm anymore.
Li Xie didn't talk again and made the attendant think beyond her imagination.
"When one say they're not together that means they're not together"a cold voice was heard in the entrance of the spa making heads turn.
