After absorbing them, Alex finally decided to confront the number one Hero in USA Star and Stripe also known as Cathleen Bate.
Alex knew that she has the strongest and the most broken quirk, she could have been the strongest if only she didn't have that many rules over her quirk or another quirk that complements the [New Order].
After contemplating, When Alex was going to open a [Warp Gate] to USA with the memories of Yuhiro but before he could he started to feel dizzy and started losing consciousness, Alex first tried to resist and was successful able to.....for some seconds but at last Alex lost consciousness.
After some time Alex opened his eyes to see he was floating in the vast void nothing could be seen as far as Alex's sight reached. Alex tried to use [Nightvision] but it didn't work so Alex tried to use any other quirk but the same result was coming.
Alex theorized that it could be three things.
First, that it was done by a quirk user and he is in a Coma or worse dead.
Second, it is done by someone like The Being and they must have noticed him so they killed him or erased him from existence.
Third, it is done by The Being who had done this for there gain.
Alex was leaning towards the second or the third theory as no quirk user can killing or send him to this state without Alex realising it before.
While Alex was contemplating, suddenly he was transported to a black room and The Being was infront of him sitting on a royal chair with a gold structure and valvet black fabric.
Alex was looking at the ground while kneeling while thinking what is the reason for The Being to bring him here.
While Alex was kneeling, The Being was frowning and said "You were only able to make this much progress with the power granted by me, what a disappointment".
Alex answered with the upmost respect "I am thankful to you for giving me a chance to transmigrate with some wishes, but as it was a world with a unique concept than my it was a little difficult to adjust".
The Being hearing this nodded and said "I have been watching you for sometime now and what I have seen is, you are not progressing fast and taking your time while slowly but surely conquered the world without failing and I like what you are doing"
Alex continued to look at the ground while trying to understand what The Being wants and The Being continued "So I have a offer for you, be my slave and conquer worlds for me and you will be given your own dimension that you will be able to access anywhere anyhow you wanted, Do you agree"
Alex asked with a little hesitation "Can I ask a question" and The Being nodded.
So Alex getting the chance asked "Why do you want someone like me to conquer worlds for someone like you?".
The being smiled and said "As you may or may not know, someone like me cannot go to these worlds as it will be a beacon for other beings to attack.....but there is a loophole we beings can grant insects like you to go to those world to conquer for us"
Alex nodded without asking any further question's as this much information was enough for someone as weak as Alex, even if The Being gives him more information he is to weak to do anything so it's better not to know...for now at least.
After contemplating Alex said "Yes" and The Being's smile widened and she snapped fingers, after snapping The Being told "You will now be able to access your personal dimension wherever you want, so are you ready to go to the next world"
Alex said "Can I please spend one week in the world I was in, then you can send me in another you wish. It is a fumble request from your slave."while bowing his head.
The Being's grinning face disappeared and she made a hand gesture of of picking someone up and choking and Alex was floating in the air being choked "You are nothing more than a insect in front of me so behave like one"
Alex said while being choked "Please, I will do anything-" but before Alex could finish.
The Being's choke got even tighter and Alex was having trouble breathing while the being said "Its not you will do anything for someone like me instead you will be ordered to do anything for me whenever I want, Do you get it" The being said.
The Being continued "As it is a wish from my Slave and I am so generous, I will allow it for once but after one week you will be sent to the world" while leaving Alex's neck from choking him.
Alex said "Thank you, Master I will never forget you generosity" while losing consciousness.

Alex after waking up again saw that he was in the bedroom on his bed, Alex woke up and looked around to see his slave sleeping his leg. Alex then got up from his bed and used [Dimension] his new power, After using [Dimension] a black portal appeared in front of Alex and he went inside the portal to see nothing other than space everywhere.
Alex tried to control this place and turn it into a forest but instead of the full place the trees appeared where Alex's view went.
Alex then tried to use his quirks and abilities and was successful able to use them. Alex then tried touching the tress and soil and they were real. Alex then tried to cover the full place with tress and made it a big forest after making a forest Alex also made river followed by lake, mountains and hills.
After making the tropical forest biom, Alex made a mansion on a highest mountain peak. Alex also made the sky followed by the sun and the moon with day night cycle.
Alex made a modern mansion consisting 17 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 4 kitchen, a living room,an indoor pool and a training ground.
After making the mansion Alex looked around the mansion to check if everything is real and it was real. Alex tried to make a living thing but even after trying he was not able to meaning that Alex does not have the power to make living this.....for now, Alex only has the power to make non-living things.
Alex after contemplating went outside the dimension to being his Slave.
After going outside the dimension Alex saw that his slave Mitsuki was still beside the bed Alex was sleeping at so Alex called her name and she finally woke up.
Mitsuki was really happy to see his master fine but was embarrassed to fall asleep instead of taking care of her master.
Alex ignoring her apologies used [Dimensions] again to open a portal in front of them and told her "Follow me, Slave".
Mitsuki hearing her master's command followed him without any question.
After going throw the dimension Alex and his Slave reached near the mansion in the dimension.
Alex was watching his Slave who was looking around trying to figure out where they are but before she could have any theories Alex told her "This is my dimension and from now on you will forever serve me here, Do you understand".
Mitsuki hearing this started cry as she was thankful to her master to give someone like her a chance like to and to forever serve her master she without wasting any time replied "Yes Master, I am really thankful that you have chosen someone like me as your servant and will forever serve you".
Hearing this Alex nodded and told her to do all the chores in the house.
After Alex gave Mitsuki orders and showed her around the mansion, Alex left the dimension and used [Warp Gate] to go in Deku's apartment to check on him but to only be disappointed to only find his copy as Inko only there.
So Alex thought of going to Deku's school and with the memories of Inko and Kitsuki Alex was able to open a portal near the Aldera Junior High.
After reaching there, Alex saw a normal Japanese style school but without wasting time Alex used [Invisibility], [Search] and [Dog] to find Deku and in minutes he was able to locate Deku.
Deku was eating his lunch alone in the classroom as his master told him that he has to learn to be alone. In school he didn't like talking to anyone other than Kitusuki but after Kitusuki's disappearance he does not communicate with anyone and does his training like his master orders him to.
But today when he was eating alone he felt a hand on his shoulder and thought it must be his classmates annoying hi but when he turned to see no one he was shocked but in seconds a person appeared from thin air in front of his eyes and in shock he fell from his chair that he was sitting on, this person is none other than Alex his master but Deku was really shocked to see him here after such a long time.
But before Deku could ask anything Alex told him "Don't apologise and follow me" while saying this Alex used [Dimension] to open a portal in front of them.
Deku shocked didn't let it show on his face followed his master inside the portal and after a blind light they reached near a mansion and the portal closed.
Alex seeing that Deku was looking around the place trying to figure out where he was told Deku "This is my dimension, from know on you are going to trian here".
Deku hearing this was thankful but before he could show it to his master he was floating in the air and was pulled by his master inside the mansion. There he saw Kitsuki's mom Mitsuki cleaning but before he could ask anything his master did.
Alex used [Zero Gravity] to make Deku float and take Deku inside the mansion to show him around but while taking him he saw his Slave Mitsuki so he called her and said "From now on Deku will be staying here, I want you to take care of him.
Mitsuki nodded without object and Alex Alex continued "Also show him around the mansion".
After telling his Slave Alex didn't wait and exited out of his dimension after canceling [Zero Gravity] on Deku.
After coming out of the dimension he saw he was in Deku's school and all the students were present as the break time was over. Alex seeing the kids used [Hellfire] and burned the full classroom turning them all into dust. After killing everyone, Alex used [Warp Gate] to go to USA from Yuhiro's to finally face Star and Stripe.
Alex appeard in the airport of USA, after appearing he was surrounded by airport security as they thought he was a villain or a person using quirk illegally.
Alex getting annoyed thoght of killing them but then he thought instead of going to Star and Stripe she will come to him.
After deciding Alex using [Hellfire] turned them to ash and started killing innocent people one by one. By the commotion in the airport two heroes came to stop Alex but none of them were Star and Stripe instead it was Elecplant and Cow lady.
But Alex didn't listen so Elecplant used a bolt of lightning and Alex let the bolt hit him and as expected from Alex the bolt did no damage.
Elecplant seeing that the attack didn't work tried to attack again and Cow Lady assisted him by turning into miniature form to attack.
Alex seeing the two heroes attacking used [Cement] to make a wall in front of Cow Lady and Elecplant to block the attack
The Cow Lady hit the wall and tried to attack again while Elecplant also used more attacks but then Alex thought of testing something so he used [Erasure] to cancel both there quirks making both the heroes shocked but before they could get out of the shock and retreat Alex used [Jet] to appear near Cow Lady and used [Rewind] as a horn appeared on the right side of the forehead and a bright light erupted from Alex hand making Cow Girl disappear only leaving her clothes.
Elecplant was so scared seeing this didn't even have the guts to move as Alex came near him.
Alex caught Elecplant by the neck and used [Rewind] but using a little less power in [Rewind] than before he used on Cow Lady.
And another light erupted from Alex's hand and as Alex expected Elecplant tured to a baby making his hero costume fall only leaving a naked baby in Alex hand.
Alex used [Decay] to turn the baby into dust.
After killing the heroes Alex continued to rampage but instead of the airport, Alex was rampaging the cities by using [Decay], [Hellfire], [Explosion] combined with [Acid Sweat] and Landmine to destroy the city in less than half a hour and slaughtered the civilians.
Alex had to face some small heroes not worth mentioning but he killed every single one of them.
After destroying the first city Alex went to the next city and destroyed it as well but Alex needed less time than before as there were no heroes here.
Alex continued to destroy cities like this and killed everyone not leaving any survivor.
After destroying 5 or so cities Alex finally sensed Star and Stripe coming so he quickly destroyed the high school and waited for Star and Stripe to finally show up.
Alex's waiting finally came to fruition as Star and Stripe finally showed up with her fighter planes.
Star and Stripe seeing the destruction was angered at the person who did this and see the person looking at her told the fighter jets to attack the stranger while she jumped off the jet and set a order to give her enhance physical abilities and attacked Alex with a punch.
Alex seeing that fighter jets are attacking used [Weather Manupulation] to cover the sun with clouds and used [Dark Shadow] to attack and destroy the jets, Alex seeing Star and Stripe jumping off the jet and attack him with her punch used [Erasure] to nullify the quirk at the last second making her punch hit him but Alex did even move a inch.
Star and Stripe seeing this attacked with another punch as she didn't realise that her quirk his been nullified.
Alex seeing her try used 5% of his power to punch her in the gut making her catch her stomach because of pain but Alex didn't give her time and used 10% of his power and slapped her on the ears tearing the ear drums on both the ears in the process.
Star and Stripe didn't understand why her quirk wasn't working, she tried to use her quirk but before she could the villain tore her ear drums and she put her hands on her head because of the pain.
Alex seeing this caught Star and Stripe's hand and when she looked at Alex, Alex intimately kissed her on the lips and used [Heal] to heal her body back to new again. After Heal her body Alex used [Compress] to turn her into marble and used [Storage] to store it.
After having fun with Star and Strip Alex looked up to that his shadow had grown the same size of a building as they sun was covered by Alex's quirk [Weather Manupulation]. Alex saw the shadow destroy all the fighter jets one by one and some even tried to throw bombs at it but Alex used [Cement] to defend the shadow.
After a while this city was also destroyed. Alex then got an idea and used [Double] to make 50 copies of himself and told them to scatter and terrorize the world.
After the order was given all the copies used [Warp Gate] to follow the order. Alex seeing this also used [Dimension] to go inside his dimension.
After entering the dimension, Alex saw that he was near the mansion so Alex went inside the see what his servant and Deku are doing.
Alex entered the Mansion and saw that Mitsuki was cleaning the living room and Deku was sowing push up in the training ground. Seeing them working Alex went to one of the bedroom and used [Storage] to take out Mirko's marble and cancelled his quirk on the marble and Mirko's came out in a little injured state.
Alex used [Fibre Master] to tie her up so she could not damage the furniture. Mirko was shocked to see herself in a room tied by fibres as she remembered that she was fighting with a villain. After figuring that she was captured and tried to break out of the binding.
But before she could Alex held her face to look him in the eyes. Alex seeing that Mirko was looking him in the eyes used [Mind Break] on her. Using it on her made Alex drain 20% of his stamina.
Aftering using it Mirko eyes turned similarly to Mitsuki's and heart shaped appeared on her pupil as well.
To test if it's working, Alex told her "Who do you belong to?".
Mirko after some seconds replied Alex "To you master." Alex hearing this lowered his guard and used [Overhual] to fully heal her.
While healing Alex saw the same tattoo above her pussy.
After healing Alex told her "From now on you are my Slave and you will serve me in anyway possible, Do you get it". Hearing this Mirko nodded and Alex told her "Follow me" while following Alex continued "This is my dimension so you can do work around the mansion and train Deku".
Alex told her to follow him and took her to Deku, after arriving in the training ground Alex saw Deku still training and called out to him. Deku seeing that his master came hurriedly went there and bowed.
Alex told Deku "Seeing your hardwork I have brought a trainer for you, meet Mirko".
Seeing this Alex points to Mirko and introduced her to Deku and ordered her to train Deku with her best efforts.
After saying this Alex says "Deku you can continue with you training, Mirko will train you from tomorrow" saying this Alex sent Deku back to train.
After sending Deku, Alex told Mirko to follow him and he took her to his slave Mitsuki, aftering arriving there Alex introduced both of them to each other and ordered Mitsuki to show Mirko around the mansion.
Mistuki following the ordered took Mirko and started showing her the mansion.
Alex seeing Mitsuki taking Mirko to show the mansion let them be and went to a bedroom and got on the bed to sleep as he needed some rest after rampaging through so many cities.
Next Day...
Alex woke up after a good sleep and did his regular routine and used [Dimension] to go outside the dimension.
Alex saw that he was in the city were he fought Star and Stripe.
Alex used [Warp Gate] to go his house and when he reached there he saw his copies waiting for him, Alex had almost forgotten about capturing the Todoroki family and the copies had to wait for him here as they weren't able to sense him.
Alex seeing the copies asked about the progress as there were only 2 copies standing in front of him.
The copies told the original that they were successful able to catch Todoroki family but the hard part was Dabi as he didn't have any permanent place. And when they finally found Dabi, they attacked Dabi but Dabi was able to burn 3 copies as the copies were only trying to capture and not fight.
After giving the details to the original Alex, the copies gave all the marbles to the original.
After getting the marbles Alex told the copies to disappear and they turned into liquid. After they disappeared Alex put all the marbles in his mouth and used [Predator] and got all there memories, knowledge, component and quirk...
