Rowan was really gaining in popularity within district 3. All action fans-though they weren't completely betting on him yet- still acknowledged how he was doing in the competition. So far he was just another talented Talis victim. Many wondered how he would hold up outside but for now he was definitely entertaining them.
Especially with Kira's moment of weakness.
