Baron's POV:
To be honest, when I saw Matilda running out with a pale face, various emotions tugged at my heartstrings. Matilda's concern for her so-called boyfriend was deep. I had injured him, so I wasn't sure if Matilda would be disgusted by the idea of going to the Valet Pack.
"Why do you keep staring at this girl? Aren't there other beautiful women in the Stan Pack? If this one doesn't work out, switch to a different target." Alan looked at me brood. He thought this was just an ordinary conflict caused by a beautiful woman.
"She's my fated mate. I can't help it... I just can't help but want to pay attention to her, talk to her, and hide her away from the others." I saw Alan's eyes widen unconsciously. I understood that he was very shocked now. After all, before he left, he was still worried about me being unable to find my mate.
