After dinner, Jelly come into my room. He informed me that he heard a Professor died in his office last night. When I asked him whether it was the same office we went to last night, he said yes.
Jelly also told me that the staffs were busy investigating the stone's disappearance and the death of Professor Quirrell. He said the Hogwarts staff would cremate Professor Quirrell's body quietly in the Forbidden Forest after registering his death in the Ministry tonight. Professor Quirrel had no family left.
Due to high-security issues in Hogwarts at the moment, I asked Jelly to remain low-key and avoid any staff. No spying until the issues pass for some time. Jelly understood.

In the morning, the atmosphere is tense. Everyone is subdued due to the latest updates. Not only Professor Quirrell's gone, presumed dead, but Sirius Black had also gone MIA from the Azkaban. Some students conspire that the timing for the two events was too close to be coincidental. They created some theories.
Those who don't believe Quirrell's death assume that he sneaked out of Hogwarts to help Black escape from the Azkaban. Some presume that Black was involved in Quirrell's demise. Others are more absurd. Yet, nothing came close to the truth.
It was made worse by Professor Dumbledore's deliberate dismissal of Professor Quirrell's absence. I was puzzled by his action. There was no reason for hiding Quirrell's death. Even when he died, supposedly, by being Voldemort's host. Dumbledore could simply eject that information and inform the masses of an accident gone wrong, thus his death. Although he did say that Quirrell's gotten into an incident. However, he did not specify his latest condition.
Rumors are running rampage. Students are right to be suspicious.
I admit that I did not think things through when I handed Scabbers over to Sirius 2 days ago. Though, I predicted that Sirius would escape soon. I basically assisted his break out.
If anyone was to blame for this madness, it was me. Technically, I perpetrated the whole thing. But to think that the two events would come to light in such a horrible fashion in Hogwarts was entirely unintentional. I hereby acknowledge my errors that create such terrible timing.
But still, I regret nothing.
The Ministry had issued a warning through the morning edition of the Daily Prophet.

THE MINISTRY CONFIRMED AZKABAN BREAK-OUT!
Late last night, the Ministry of Magic Cornelius Fudge confirmed that Sirius Black had escaped Azkaban yesterday morning, through the destruction of the Azkaban building. Black reportedly fired a series of bombardment curses from inside of his cell and ran off through the blasted walls. How such attempts could be committed still remain unknown.
The DMLE is investigating the possible ways such acts could be done, including the possibility of outsiders' help. However, they seemed to find nothing but deadlocks.
Our inside source stated that there was no evidence left on the crime scene. Moreover, the monitoring guards noticed nothing extraordinary on the breakout day. Rationally, such escape would be impossible because Azkaban is one of the most secure and deadly prisoners in the world.
The Ministry and the DMLE promised they would take every necessary step to recapture Sirius Black and put the man back into Azkaban as soon as possible. The Ministry also warned the public to stay aware of possible sightings and report any questionable events to the DMLE.
