"So, where even are these guys?" Star asks while following Eclipse.
"They said they wanted to meet me at a graveyard." He replies.
"The graveyard? Why there?" She asks herself.
"I have no clue..." He says sadly.
Ikari puts his hands in his pockets and begins to think to himself.
His thoughts are quickly interrupted whenever Star asks him a a question.
"Hey Ikari, what are you gonna do without your dagger?" She asks.
Ikari is a little offended by her question.
"They're just bandits, and besides I was trained for hand to hand combat." He says with a bit of annoyance in his voice.
Star smiles and giggles mischievously.
Eclipse gives a curious look and turns to look at the pair.
"So are you two like... Boyfriend and Girlfriend?" He asks.
Star stops her giggling and her face turns redder then a tomato.
"W-What?!" She yells clearly embarrassed.
Ikari sighs and disregards her.
"No." He says as Star continues to yell embarrassingly.
"Ohhh..." Eclipse replies as he giggles at the embarrassed girl.
The embarrassed yelling continues for a few more minutes until she finally calms down.
The pair continues to follow Eclipse; Ikari examines the boy.
He walks with determination and confidence, as if he fully believes that he will free his friends.
Ikari vaguely smiles at his confidence.
The trio continue walking until Eclipse stops.
"Okay, I think we're here..." He whispers.
He turns back around the face Star and Ikari.
"Soooo... Whats the plan?" He asks quietly.
Star turns to Ikari with a concerned look.
The red headed boy sighs.
"You've got to be kidding me..." He says quietly. The boy closes his eyes and begins to focus his magic on the surrounding area.
"Four men, all armed, all of them have... Magic?" He says quietly.
"These are just average bandits, but they have magic?" He thinks to himself.
"Ikari?" Star asks.
He suddenly snaps out of his thoughts and quickly comes up with a simple plan.
"First, lets try to negotiate and if they get aggressive I'll handle them." He says.
Star thinks about it for a moment before nodding while Eclipse constantly says "Yes Sir!".
Ikari puts his hands in his pockets and takes the lead as the other two follow him.
As the boy gets closer, the sense of power gets stronger, he continues to think on why all of these bandits have elemental power.
Once again his thoughts are interrupted, but this time by figures. Figures that stand still, as if they were emotionless.
"Hey! Keep your heads down." Ikari says.
He crouches down and begins to examine the figures and the area around them.
"Theres eight people now, some of them look like kids, must be his friends..." He thinks to himself.
"The other must be the threats." He says aloud, he gets up and nods at the pair behind him before continuing to walk to the figures.
Continuing to get closer he can finally see the men's faces, they look empty... As if they had no soul.
Ikari stops in his tracks and stare the men in the eye. Eclipse runs up to his side.
"You're all safe!" He yells reliving.
The boy's friends look at him and smile.
He runs to go help them but...
"Eclipse wait!" Ikari yells.
Suddenly a huge magic seal appears under the white haired boy. The ground rumbles with energy as Eclipse looks down at the marking.
Ikari quickly knocks Eclipse out of the way as magic bursts out of the ground and takes form of a box, which entraps Ikari.
"Ikari!" Star yells, she quickly runs to the box but she gets blasted back whenever she gets close to it.
The girl crashes into the ground, unconscious.
Ikari quickly forms a fireball into his hand, but the fire is quickly sucked away.
"You bastards!" He angrily yells.
He punches the wall but that only zaps him with electricity, he groans in pain before falling onto one knee.
The soulless like men turns to Eclipse who is stunned by the scene.
"E-Eclipse... Go Run!" He yells with a serious tone.
"B-But..." He stutters in reply.
"No buts! Get out of here and get to somewhere safe!" Ikari screams.
Eclipse slightly nods before he gets up and quickly bolts away.
The kids begin screaming for help as the men turn and face Ikari.
"We sense great power from you." A brown haired man says.
"Theres no doubt about it... Thats the same aura..." He thinks to himself, but he can't think for long.
He suddenly feels the magic box shrink.
"Your power shall be used for our lord." The man says lifelessly. He points him palm at the trapped boy, the box suddenly shrinks faster.
"D-dammit..." He says to himself.
"My magic... its like its being drained away..." He thinks to himself.
"Now, be one with our lord A-" Suddenly a figure flies into the man, the box instantly reverts back into a more comfortable size.
Ikari quickly looks towards the figure and sees Eclipse slowly rise to his feet.
"Eclipse?!" He yells in surprise.
"I won't let you hurt anymore of my friends!" The boy screams with anger.
The men turn to face him with the same expression on their face.
"So you've returned." The brown haired man says while getting up.
Eclipse stares at the men. Ikari's eyes widen as the boy's power level sky rockets.
"Both of your magic should fit perfectly with our lord." The man says.
Suddenly, the same marking that trapped Ikari appears under Eclipse.
"Eclipse! Under you!" He yells.
The magic once again bursts out of the ground and surrounds Eclipse, forming the same box.
"Dammit!" Ikari says to himself.
The men slowly approach the box and point their palms at it.
The box begins shrinking quickly.
"Think Ikari think!" He continues to panic.
"CRASHHH..."
The boy quickly looks up and sees that Eclipse has just walked out of the box!
This shocks the men, but they completely regain their composure.
"Let's begin plan B." The leader says calmly.
The rest of the men nod; two stay in front of Eclipse, while the other two picks up his friends and use them as bait.
"You bastards!" The enraged boy screams, suddenly a burst of energy hits the area. The energy is so strong it completely shatters the box Ikari is in.
Star quickly awakes after the swarm of energy reaches her. It doesn't take her long for her to understand the situation.
"Eclipse!" She yells.
But the boy doesn't move a muscle, he roars in anger.
"Its like something's corrupting him!" Ikari yells back.
Another huge wave of energy explodes out of the white-haired boy! Ikari digs his foot into the ground to help keep his position; Star quickly forms a shadow barrier to help protect herself.
Ikari can only watch as this boy completely morphs into a monster.
Demon horns that sprout out of his head; dark purple wings that resemble a dragon's burst out of his back.
The humanoid dragon's eyes slowly turn into a thunderous blue color; lightning surrounds him as it constantly zaps around.
"A demon dragon hybrid?" Ikari asks himself.
The dragon boy breaths deeply before anger gets the best of him.
"I'll END THIS!" He screams as he flies towards the men as if he was a missile.
WWOOOOSH!
Ikari and Star quickly block the dust that was formed from Eclipse rush.
"He's losing control of himself!" Star yells.
Ikari quickly looks up only to see Eclipse dragging a man into the air.
The man calmly pulls out his weapon, but before he even touches his sheathe; the dragon boy throws him into the air.
Confused, the bandit looks around but he's answered by Eclipse's fist slamming into his face which sends him blasting into a grave.
The boy's friend look at him in fear as they are dropped by the two men.
The three remaining men begin to move their hand in certain directions before pointing it at the hybrid.
"Release!" The men scream as several rocks burst out of the ground and jets toward Eclipse.
The hybrid boy points his palm at the oncoming rocks.
The lightning around him suddenly forms into his hand; a devilish grin appears on his face.
The lightning flies out of his palm and explodes the incoming rocks into dust and debris.
The friends look up in horror as they only can see the debris closing in on them.
Suddenly a huge pitch black shadow hand swoops in above the kids, protecting them.
Ikari nods at Star before attempting to run towards the kids, but he's quickly cut off by Eclipse bursting through the dust and towards the men.
"PERISH!"
Lightning twirls around the boy's arm as he punches one of the soulless men, frying him dead.
He drops down to the ground as the other man unsheathes his blade and swings it at the hybrid, to no avail.
Eclipse awkwardly dodges the blade and tries to swing at the bandit, but his arms gets restrained.
Ikari stares the hybrid in the eyes.
"We need him alive." He says coldly.
But, he was only talking to a brick wall.
The hybrid quickly escapes his grip and punches him in his stomach. The punch is so devastating that Ikari coughs up blood before falling to his knees.
"D-dammit!" Star yells; She releases her shadow hand that lingers over the kids; the lightning hybrid turns back to the man who's constantly chanting spells, to no avail.
"E-Eclipse stop!" One of his friends scream.
Suddenly, he stops in his tracks.
Star quickly jumps off of Ikari's back; who makes a noise of confusion, before catching herself onto the hybrids back.
"ROARRRRRR!"
Two shadows restrain his legs as Star continues to restrain his arms.
He continues to roar in anger! Star can feel his magic building up something big.
"STATIC SHOCK!" He screams with clear frustration.
Ikari finally pulls himself up; only to be crashed into by Star who once again, who's flying after Eclipse's attack. The pair bounce off of the ground before the momentum fades away.
Ikari coughs up the dust as Star quickly rolls off of him.
"Give me a break..." He sighs.
He quickly turns his head to Eclipse, but it was too late.
Eclipse stands over the now, dead body that once belonged to the man.
"Dammit!" Ikari yells.
The hybrid coldly stares at the corpse as the lightning slowly fades from around him; the wings from his back turn to dust as he holds his head.
"W-what happened?" He quietly asks himself.
He gasps in terror whenever he notices the cold corpse.
"W-when did?" He steps back and finally notices his unharmed friends.
The boy quickly goes to run for them but he stops whenever one of them screams.
"Y-You're a Monster!" One of them yells.
"Stay away from us!"
The kids all get up, and begin to run away from him, screaming for help in the distance.
"N-No Wait!" He pleads desperately...
No matter how much he pleads, his friends keep running.
"P-please..." he says while reaching out to them.
They're already far gone...
The boy puts his head down as Ikari and Star gets closer to him.
Tears land at the boy's feet.
"N-Never Again!" He yells.
He puts his hands on his horns as if he was trying to rip it out.
"I don't want to be one of them!" He screams sadly.
"I wanna have friends! I wanna be normal!" His screams echo through the area...
He continues to yank on the horns, but they don't even budge.
A hand grips his shoulder; he quickly turns his head with his eyes full of tears.
"Come with us." Star says, trying to comfort him.
Ikari puts his hands in his pockets and slightly smiles at the boy.
Eclipse looks around the area; he wipes the tears off his eyes before nodding at the girl.
