I don't know when it all started. I was just 6 when I met him for the first time. Maybe that was the day when I started admiring him. And now 12 years later, here we are with the last day of our schoollife.

I was sitting alone in my room. It was the morning of our last day. Yeah i'll miss everyone for sure. Everyone. Specially him. I fought my thoughts as i was still laying in my bed.

'Yato won't you get ready for your school. Its already 7:30'

Ane shouted at me. Ok well she's my mother and she always shouts at me.

'Ahhhhhh.. ' i tossled my hair. I was so confuse. Well now was my last chance. I knew i had to do it.

I got up from my bed and walked to the bathroom to wash myself and got ready for the school. I had to look special today because it was the last day.

'Ane iam going. I may not be coming for the lunch. ' I tied my shoe and walked out the gate. Today i felt different. I felt like i was about to commit some crime. I was so immersed in my thoughts that i didn't realise when i reached rhe school. I walked up to my class, took a deep breath and entered. The room was full of chatters and laughs. I walked up to my desk and sat down. Again the thing came in my mind, ' I should tell him today or else i will never make it'

'Yato, hey are you okay? '

I looked up. Micheal was staring at me. 'You okay? '

He sat beside me. 'They are announcing something.'

That was when i noticed some juniors were in front of the the class announcing something.

'So we have planned that there will be a couple dance so we hope you all will be prepared with your ones. ' A junior girl smiled.

Everybody whooed and ohhed. And then they began discussing whom to chose. Well iam never interested in this kind of conversation so i just sat there, without taking any advances.

'Hey Yato, whom you gonna choose? ' Micheal stared at me with a smile.

'Noone. '

'Ahhh why, you are such a bore man' he slapped me back. 'C'mon its the last farewell for us.'

I smiled weakly. 'so what about you? 'i asked.

'Me? Oh i got no plans yet but i guess anyone. 'he winked at me. Evertime he does this, my heart skips a beat. I know i loved thus person since i was young, but only i knew this. Noone even bothered to know. Or it was i who never bothered to tell thus to anyone. Because i was afraid.

'Umm well i guess it will be Yami.' i asked.

'Hey how you know it' he smiled at me .

'You have told me this a 100000 times that you wanna date her. ' I wanted to punch myself for saying that.

He looked at me and then looked away.

'I hope she thinks that way too.' he said.

My heart was beating faster this time. 'So you like her very much?' I hated it.

'You can say so'

'oh'

And there was silence between us. This silence never occurred between us before. Until the day i realised i was a gay. I never told this to anyone. Not even to him.

'So.. '

'Hey can i talk to you for a bit? ' we heard someone from bhind. As we turned around, Yami and her friend was looking at us.

'Me? ' Micheal pointed at himself.

She nodded.

'ok' he got up from his place. 'Guess you need to find you date soon' he whispered at me and then winked again.

My heart skipped another beat.
