"urgh-"
'pfft- you look like sh*t HAHA'
Ignoring that remark coming from who knows who, I woke up from my slumber and I already feel dead inside… not actually dead nor depressed for something like a heartbreak or losing your money from some gacha games but more like tired after an unfortunate encounter that happened yesterday.
What is that encounter? You may ask. Well, apparently I met a female ghost on my way back home, a weird one because I can't see it… I know you're probably thinking how the heck is that possible but believe me even I am confused.
(start of flashback)
It all started yesterday when I was walking by myself when I noticed a piece of paper on the ground. Normally I would ignore it and mind my business as usual, but that piece of paper has my name on it, so I pick it out when suddenly
"THE PAPER VANISHED!"
I was surprised but luckily a lad explained what happened
'It didn't just vanish instantly, y'know? It just disintegrated after doing its job to find me a host'
Oh I see, not that I understand it though… Well, at least it's not something dangerous…
Hmmm, why do I feel like something is amiss?
"Anyways thanks for explaining it-"
As I was turning towards the person, there was no one in there… Strange
'No worries, glad I can help'
"…" (end of flashback)
Yeah, so apparently I met an invisible female talking ghost. I can't explain why did that happen because I don't even know how the heck did that happen. I'm guessing it has something to do with the paper, but I just accepted my fate…. Anyways
"First of all, let me introduce myself!"
'hey why are you talking to the wall first thing in the morning? I heard people get crazy after encountering a ghost but I didn't expect it would be this bad-'
Comical as it might be, but I felt a vein appear on my forehead.
"Well, I think that's better than talking to an ACTUAL ghost!"
'…'
"Don't you goddamn ignore me!"
Sighing a tad bit exaggerated, I give up, faith in humanity lost. Just what the heck did I put myself into?
Once again, I sighed for the 3rd time this week. Introducing myself once again, my name is Hoshimiya Hikari, Hikari means light and Hoshi means star. You might expect that a person who has a name like that is cheerful and bright and has that "I'll be the light of your life!" vibes but it's NOT.
I'm clearly your typical gloomy introverted third year highschool student living alone waiting for a fortunate encounter with the most beautiful girl in school and by then my romcom life would start! I would fall in love with that girl, undergo a character development arc, she would fall to my charms and every boy in the school would look at me with an angry glare once I revealed that we are in a relationship! HAHAHA!
'Talking to a wall, screaming to a wall and now laughing like a certain shounen protagonist with a notebook… This is bad… really really bad-'
Thus, my daily life of getting constantly annoyed by a ghost starts...
