Summer was finally here.
It was supposed to be a busy Monday morning when Cynthia and George descended the stairs hand in hand and headed to the dining room. Deborah and baby Jay were already sitting there. The toddler left his nanny and ran to hug his parents as soon as he saw them.
"Mama! Dada!" He repeated with a huge smile that revealed exactly 8 teeth in his mouth.
"Big guy!" George was the first to receive the hug, he carried his son and nuzzled his nose into his tummy, tickling him.
The toddler made a lovely giggling sound.
"Mommy misses you too, don't you have a hug for mama?" Cynthia asked feeling all fuzzy on the inside just like she always does when she watched George's interaction with baby John.
