"Did you get all the documents you need?" Robert asked excitedly.
Henry smiled as he double checked that he got his driving license and birth certificate with him once more, "Yes, you really didn't have to leave everything you're doing to tag along with me,"
"Nonsense, this is very important,"
Henry felt the usual warmth that only two people in his life granted him: his father and his son.
The warmth that he had with Cynthia was of a different source and nature, it couldn't be described the same way. And while his father and son brought peace and comfort that helped glue Henry's many pieces together, thinking of Cynthia and being around her brought him a great deal of pain.
"Haaah," Henry placed a hand on his chest, thinking about Cynthia was enough for him to feel that usual pang, as if somebody just kicked his ribs with all their might.
"Are you okay?" Robert asked with a pat on Henry's back.
