The link between two brothers is one that is and always will be admirable to others, brothers that stick close together accomplish more with their union but there are friends that sticks closer than a brother and that was the kind of friendship that Don K had with Julian's father; Adrian Mateo Ramirez. They had went to the same college together in America, they shared memories and near death experiences as if their souls were tied as one, their bond didn't even falter when Adrian had joined the Syndicate and started his life of crime which Don K followed suit not so long after.
