Julian kept tapping his foot on the ground and that action distracted me from my stray thoughts, it was hard to focus when you have made somebody become your axis of existence, it was hard for me not to think about nobody other than Julian or something that was related to him because I cared about him and I really wanted to see you happy, I wanted him to be cheerful and for him to smile instead of being the grim bitter person that he was right now. The cab rolled down the driveway at a crawling speed and I figured it was intentional because the driver wanted to get a good look of everywhere that he could lay his eyes on the Don K grounds, he kept turning his head from one side to the other with silenced exclamations because he didn't want to get another scolding from me.
