The recording continued. The host walked up to the stage and announced the rules. He allowed the five coaches to show their results based on the contestants' performances. He also gave them an invitation card to invite the contestants to join their team directly. The contestants could also refuse; each would propose to their favorite coach that he wanted to join his team.
However, there was a limit to the number of spots on the team. If the contestants were selected too quickly, they could only watch the contestants they liked to fall into the hands of other coaches. If the contestants were chosen too slowly, the spots would not be filled after the end of the performance; then, those who failed to make the selection would be automatically assigned to join the team.
This would depend on which of the coaches had the best foresight.
