"How is your brother?" she asked Luci who was coming out of the room of Len with a frown on his face.
Luci looked above at the worried face of his mother but did not say a word that furrowed the brows of Katherine.
"I am asking you, did you not hear me?" this time her voice was dominating that needed pure obedience that even when Luci tried to ignore, he could not.
"He is not in a mood to talk. He told me that he was tired and wanted to sleep. I tried but he covered his face with the duvet and slept. Are you happy now?" his face was trying best to hide his annoyance but failed.
He had thought that he would not entangle much with his mother and father. He would live a free life with his brother but it was getting difficult since she was trying to meddle in everything.
