Sophia stared at his nephew who had never spoken out loud to her and now he was scolding her because of KATHERINE!
Her blood boiled but she tried her best to hide her hatred.
"Len, do you even know what we were talking about?" she asked in her best possible tone as she felt she was getting oppressed by both of them when she was not at fault but Len only raised his head and looked straight into her eyes.
"Does that even matter? I heard the empress apologizing to you. Do you think it should go this way?" if she would say yes, then it would mean she was challenging the authority of Katherine but if she would say no, then it meant she was accepting she was lower than Katherine.
She had never felt this worse in front of Katherine before. Due to the nonchalance of Chris towards his wife and lack of affection between her and the princes, Katherine was never able to raise her head in front of her.
