Chapter 115 - Perpetual dread

Airo held his head in fear that it might explode. The beast had screamed with a shriek so piercing that his whole body was shaking. 

The sound was similar to the tearing of metal.

The clouds covering the volcano had moved with the wind and rain was beginning to fall. Airo brandished his sword defensively, ready to parry anything, but realized it was all in vain when the beast, two steps towards him, had moved several meters. 

It had proved its agility and intelligence, and its size multiplied the difficulty of the task by leaps and bounds. With the rainstorm approaching, Airo's chances of winning the fight were almost nil. The mage snarled before preparing his retreat plan.
