Chapter 31 - [ H ] - Night Of Passion

Sakume came into the room and closed the door. Faith was sitting on the bed, still wearing the nightgown. They haven't had time to get new clothes. Sakume walked over to the window and peeked behind the curtains. "We're safe for now." he announced. "As long as we remain in here, that vampire won't find us."

"We're safe from him, aren't we?"

"Yes…but there is one more vampire we have to worry about…me."

Faith stood up. "But Sakume…you're back to normal, aren't you? I mean, you're talking to me like a human, that makes you human, doesn't it?"

"I am human now, but the vampire's blood is still in me. My vampire side can come out at anytime, and as long as I am here, I am a danger to you."

"What are you saying?" she asked, walking forward.

"I can not stay here any longer. I must leave."

"No, Sakume. Stay with me."

"I can't!" he shouted. "Can't see you that as long as I am here, you are not safe? I don't know when my thirst will take over me again, and I might suck your blood."

"No, Sakume!"

"Faith!" he yelled. She gasped. "I don't want to hurt you anymore. Why are you so nice to me? I am no longer Shikura Sakume. I am just a bloodsucking vampire!"

"No, you're still Sakume." she said in a voice as fierce as his. "No matter what happens, you're still Sakume. Nothing will change that. Don't leave my side, please." Tears drip down her eyes.

Sakume looked into her eyes and realized that everything she said is true. Every single one of her words is sincere and true from her heart. He was deeply touched. Even though he's a half vampire, half man, she still loves him. No words could describe the feeling in his heart, to be unconditionally accepted by the woman he loves.

He grabbed her shoulder and kissed her lips passionately. Tears continue to flow from her eyes as the kiss continued. He then kissed her neck, then her cleavage. Faith moaned. Sakume continued touching her all over and kissing her breasts and other parts of her skin. They did a lot of foreplay standing up, but now it's time to get down to business.

Faith was lying down on the bed, watching him with frightful eyes as he removed his clothing. He got on top of her and started off with a kiss on the lips, then he moved down to her neck and shoulders. This time she didn't resist like last time. She accepted him and embraced him. Are they finally going to do it?

They were both kneeling on the bed, and by now the burning sensations in their bodies have taken over. Sakume can't control himself and just let himself loose. The atmosphere was right for making love – they're stuck in a motel while running away from a vicious vampire. All they have is each other and no one else. They're not at Sakume's mansion, even though that is a nice place, because that place couldn't bring them in the right mood like they are in right now.

Kneeling in front of each other, Sakume caressed her back with his hands, grabbing and pulling her gown. He's kissing her neck and her shoulders. By now, he was already topless, wearing only pants. Her gown was in the way. He pulled the straps off her shoulders. Faith let him take charge of it. She raised her arms, and he pulled the gown off, then threw it on the floor like it was garbage. He kissed her lips wildly, and continued to explore her body with his hands.

Sakume kissed and caressed her breasts with his mouth while embracing her. It was his naked body against hers, and he was enjoying it more with each passing minute. While kissing her neck and shoulder, the sudden urge came back. He couldn't control himself and took a bite of her neck, and the blood dripped down. Faith gasped and moaned in pain. Her fingers grabbed the bed sheet tightly. He warned her before that this could happen, but she did not care. Staying with him was her choice, and she's going to live with it, even if he sucks her blood, she doesn't mind the pain.

Morning came. Shikura woke up, and he forgot what happened the night before. He put on his clothes and checked the window. Faith was in her nightgown, tucked comfortably under the blanket. His footsteps woke her up. "Sakume?"

"I am going to buy us breakfast. Stay here while I'm gone, and don't go outside, okay?"

"Okay." she replied.

Shikura walked down the street, counting his change. Most of his money was home, and he forgot to bring them. He only had a handful of coins, and he hoped that it'd be enough to buy himself and Faith a decent meal. He's thinking maybe he can buy a couple of fruits or a few pieces of plain bread.

Meanwhile, Anji and Nayuki were traversing the town, looking for their companions. They have no idea where to look, but look they must. "I think we should split up, this way we can cover more ground." Anji suggested.

"I disagree. The vampires are hot on our tail." Nayuki replied. "It is best if we stick together."

"Fine, we'll do it your way. I just hope the vampire hasn't found them already."
