The situation we were in created a dilemma we needed to solve immediately. It didn't seem like the slime monster would let the humans inside it live to see another day.
However, I could only think of one way to solve this.
"I'm going inside," all heads turned to me.
"Have you gone mad?" Sab exclaimed. I snorted in response to her.
"I definitely have," I replied. A tap on my shoulders caught my attention. Fifi fixed me with a determined gaze. She pursed her lips.
"I'm coming with you," she uttered.
Normally, I would advise her not to. But I don't think she would listen to me. Hence, I nodded.
"Alright, sure. Just don't have any regrets later."
"You both have gone bonkers," Sab repeated. She clicked her tongue.
"Can I go too?" Arrow chirped. This time I had to shake my head.
"We need more people to stay outside. You're most needed out here, mate, I swear."
"What's your plan?" Bane asked.
