Fifi was not to be messed with. Although I would have appreciated her teaching me this when I could barely defend myself.
But nope, not complaining. I'm a very appreciative person. This wasn't how complaining sounded like.
The iron barricade bent to my will. My hands were warm from the small ember of fire that helped in the process. Fifi clapped her hands and exchanged high fives with me. There was enough hole for our trio to get inside.
I let Fifi go first and then Ysabel before following after them. Once inside the empty lot, I eyed the surroundings.
Fifi was right. There was something in here, but I couldn't tell what it was.
"Are we close to finding the portal?" I mumbled, taking a step toward the right. I stretched my hand out, getting a feel of things. Maybe, just maybe, I could actually find it like this.
It was a crazy idea, but anything was acceptable at this point.
