I wasn't screaming; someone else was. The loud screech became ear-splitting; it was difficult to think straight.
Not to mention, I had trouble trying to see where I was. The fog had covered both ends of the bridge. I'm not even sure if I was actually making progress or if I was just fooling myself.
This was indeed even more difficult than the previous trials. Plus, there was a crying monster from below.
Its cry was enough to make one wonder what it was complaining about. A little while later, the fog covering the sight below puffed up.
Out came a winged beast that looked like a smaller version of a dragon. It had a scaly body; its wings flapped furiously. I'd like to think that maybe it would be afraid of falling if it stopped making its wings move.
A long beak protruded in front, screeching loudly once again when it had a chance.
I had to cover my ears and try to tune it out. But it was to no avail.
