Isobe Yoshito and Jiggles chatter with each other as if they have known each other for a long time. Jiggles is also a very smart slime for talking to him by turning into various shapes. Soon after, Jiggles and Isobe Yoshito gained the "Familiar Bond" skill without noticing. They both enjoy the little time together like a family gathering.
The sound of splashing gets closer little by little and by the time they end their conversation they have arrived at the river. Isobe Yoshito grew curious about the river "Oh? The water is crystal clear? Usually, they are blue".
Jiggles took a dip in the water and surprisingly nothing happened to it. Isobe Yoshito felt scared but then took a sip of the water. The water somehow fills his hunger as well… as if it was water that was created from a miracle. Once knowing the water is safe and it fills hunger, Isobe Yoshito drinks to his heart's content as if he has not eaten for years. "Woah, This is so cool and refreshing!" says Isobe Yoshito. For the first time, Isobe Yoshito was able to see a reflection of his face in the water, he was surprised by the different looks that he has. His body is buff, and more handsome and looks like a noble outgoing person, the complete opposite of his old body. Isobe Yoshito decided to not wonder any further for now until he gets more answers.
After that, they both played in the water for quite some time until Isobe Yoshito heard the voice again saying "You have drank the Water of Life, you will now get the legendary skill 'Ultimata'". Isobe Yoshito got confused by the name and asked "What is Ultimata?" but his question was ignored.
Without confusing himself anymore, he decided to ignore the skill "I will find out about the skill later, probably". The toll of gaining a new skill made him hungry again so they decided to hunt for some food. Jiggles poked Isobe Yoshito, indicating to ask him to follow it. After that, Isobe Yoshito found a rabbit that was eating berries. Jiggles jumped out and managed to catch the rabbit using its slimy weird whip body attack as an advantage. Isobe Yoshito had no word regarding the scene he is watching but either way they managed to catch the rabbit.
A few moments later, "I never knew you knew how to hunt Jiggles" as Jiggles made a proud expression. Isobe Yoshito laughed while eating the rabbit. After all the talking, they decided to take a nap before continuing their journey, without a light source it would be impossible for them to continue their journey. "Good night Jiggles" he smiled and Jiggles bounced up and down happily.
It is now dawn by the time Isobe Yoshito wakes up. He looks around thinking all the things that happened to him were simply just a dream but to his surprise, everything was a reality. He got depressed over this fact but Jiggles sensed his sadness thanks to the "Familiar Bond" skill. Jiggles jumped on his head and splashed some water. Isobe Yoshito got soaking wet thanks to Jiggles but he smiled and ran to the water and then splashed some water on Jiggles. He might be depressed but he managed to pull through thanks to Jiggles.
They both got tired because of all the splashing. "Well, now I am soaking wet, I wonder if there is a magic that can help me with this outfit" he wonders. Isobe Yoshito then decides to try magic but fails miserably because he does not have any knowledge regarding magic or about the world. The only thing in his mind is to dry off the clothes and somehow something sparkly is floating all around him, he was shocked and got curious about what it is, the sparkling thing then turned into a calm soothing wind strong enough to dry off his clothes "that's neet, the wind is very warm and useful, I wonder how it works" he is amazed by it. Isobe Yoshito and Jiggles then continue their journey
A few hours later, it is noon and the sun is as bright as it can get, they both managed to get out of the deep forest without any issue thanks to Jiggles's monster detecting ability from living in the wild for a very long time. Isobe Yoshito pats Jiggles as a thank you and Jiggles is happy. After an endless amount of walking, they managed to find a small village and decided to visit it "A village! It's been a long time since I last went to one!" He smiled and eyes full of hopes and wonders for adventure and that is when a cliche thing happened, his belly growled with hunger, Isobe Yoshito laughed and Jiggles was shocked by him getting hungry again but it also laughed at it. "Well, I wonder what kind of food is waiting for us there, Jiggles! I am kind of excited to see what cultures are awaiting" he smiles uncontrollably. They rush to the village and reach it not long after but what awaits them is very shocking, they encounter what seems to be two giant pillars that appeared out of nowhere. The pillar let out a lot of smoke which blocked their view but they both saw a human figure between those pillars, Isobe Yoshito was worried about what might happen to him and Jiggles felt strong killing intent from the black figure.
